By creating an account, connecting an Instagram Professional account, or configuring automations on AutoInsta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy

AutoInsta is designed strictly for authentic creator and business engagement. You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited spam messages, deceptive marketing, or bulk unsolicited DMs.
• Bypass or attempt to circumvent Meta Graph API rate limits or Instagram messaging policies.
• Harass, stalk, or send unlawful content through automated responses.
• Use the service with accounts you do not legally own or have explicit administrative authorization to manage.

3. Meta API Compliance & 24-Hour Messaging Window

All direct messages dispatched by AutoInsta adhere strictly to Meta's standard messaging guidelines: single automated replies to comments are delivered as private replies, and full automated DM threads operate within the standard 24-hour customer service window initiated by user interaction.

4. Service Availability & Liability

AutoInsta is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any interruptions caused by Meta platform API deprecations, rate limiting, token revocations, or network outages.
